Formation Environmental LLC (Formation) is searching for a driven Lidar / Geospatial Technician to join our rapidly growing team in the Sacramento CA office. This position offers an opportunity to work in the field and in the office with colleagues who provide cuttingedge solutions and leverage geospatial data from a variety of remote sensing technologies GIS field sampling and big data. We seek a motivated problemsolver who will contribute to the team by collecting and processing remotely sensed and GNSS survey data as well as helping to calibrate and maintain field equipment. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to work across a variety of industries and applications including production mapping utility vegetation management water quality agriculture crop / nutrient management air quality soil remediation and dust control. Skills :
- Acquire LiDAR GNSS survey and imagery data
- Install and troubleshoot sensor systems
