Formax is currently hiring a full-time Dealer Technical Specialist I in Dover, NH.
This role involves providing technical support to our resellers for a select group of Formax brand equipment. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for candidates who possess the basic skill set listed below.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to resellers regarding Formax brand equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues over the phone.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Independently manage and prioritize service requests and support tickets.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites at least once per quarter for equipment installation and training sessions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Mechanical and electrical experience is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits (valid driver’s license required).
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Office applications.
