This position is for 12 hour rotating shifts.

Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fluid environment. Experience in high performance work systems and LEAN manufacturing is a plus.

We’re Looking for A Self-Starter Who Meets the Following Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing processes and a solid track record of manufacturing leadership.
- An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing technology or engineering is highly desirable.
- The incumbent will be working in all phases of the manufacturing process and must be available to work flexible hours including off shifts and weekends.
