- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile with company systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Staff Management:
- Lead, motivate, and train warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proficiency in WMS
