You are :
- In love with 3D modeling, printing and digital fabrication in general
- A patient communicator who can explain complex technical issues to any audience
- Able to develop fun and effective support materials (manuals, tutorials, blog posts etc.) that customers actually enjoy using
- Able to use cloud-based web platforms (support ticketing etc.) to efficiently track and satisfy customer needs
- A team player who is ready to put in the extra hours in a rapidly changing environment
