POSITION OBJECTIVE
To efficiently facilitate departmental operations and perform functions in support of plant wide transactions with departments, Accounting, Contracting/Purchasing (Local and N.J.) and all FPC contractors.

Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2 yrs. Clerical experience required.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of WEBSMART and AS400 (preferred)
- Type 50 WPM, required.
- Assist in Processing Invoice payments duties.
- Troubleshoot invoice issues.
- Research and have comprehension of FPC issued Blanket Contracts.
- Assist with department correspondence.
- Abide by all Local Policies.
- Process Credit Card expenditures for Director.
- Display cooperativeness, ability to work as a team player and provide a constructive respectful attitude.
- Adhere/Implement/educate/train and adhere to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to, ISO, personnel, quality, environmental, health, safety, Federal and State laws, regulatory and company requirements.
- Comply with NTG (Nothing Touching the Ground) requirements. Including daily audits.
- Be active in Operation Clean Sweep, and ensure employees are aware of and accountable for pellet loss prevention, containment, cleanup and disposal.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Assist with special events.
- Assist with scanning into electronic file storage.
- Able to take initiative on day to day responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
