Production Line Lead

We work (4) ten-hour days per week so that you can enjoy a three-day weekend every week! Work/Life balance is very important to us!

Hours:

· 1st Shift; Monday - Thursday 5am - 3pm

· 2nd Shift; Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1am

Pay Rate:

· 1st Shift - $20/hour

· 2nd Shift - $20/hour $0.60/hour shift premium

Duties:

· This is a working lead position; this person is expected to work alongside the paint team

· Line startup/shutdown

· Follow a production schedule

· Coordinate the team so that each position is covered

· Troubleshoot paint equipment

· Responsible for the cleanliness of the paint line

· Responsible for the cleanliness of masking supplies

· Complete daily quality checks

· Setting an example for the rest of the paint line

· Be an advocate for safety and quality

· Be a part of projects that improve production, safety, and quality

Qualifications:

· Must use safe work practices and wear required PPE

· Ability to read, understand and execute written instructions: shop orders, packaging, quality checks of parts in process

· Must be able to identify material and parts by reading part numbers

· Perform in-process quality checks

· Accurate data entry – labor and material

· Ability to read a ruler/tape measure accurately

· Must be able to stand 100% of workday

· Ability to effectively lead a team, set a positive example, and foster a positive work environment
