The Account Manager, Luxury & Hospitality Service will primarily focus on the long-term retention of our valued hospitality clients employing a White Glove level of service. This would include personalized service throughout the year, assisting with all experiential details relating to account management, including payments, contracts, food & beverage, ticketing assistance, parking, and general inquiries. The Account Manager would also be responsible for serving as the year-round, concierge-level liaison for this exclusive clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed retention and new sales revenue goals.
- Anticipate, respond to, and resolve client needs and requests utilizing a white glove service model.
- Identify new sales opportunities through generating referrals, add-ons, and upselling current book of business.
- Nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means, including but not limited to: networking events, speaking engagements, one-on-one dinners / lunches, sporting events, and outside meetings.
- Participate in new business campaigns with a focus on prospecting, appointment setting, executing sales presentations, and closing deals.
- Setting clear expectations as the liaison between the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and clients.
- Negotiate multi-year suite and luxury agreements.
- Meet daily and weekly outbound calls and touchpoint requirements.
- Maximize facetime with key clients throughout race weekend.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years sales experience in outbound sales; luxury, hospitality, entertainment, or sports industry preferred.
- Must have an unwavering work ethic, a passion for customer service, and the ability to seek new sales opportunities and exceed revenue goals.
- Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills are a necessity.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-Level executives.
- Excellent skillset in the areas of organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and time management.
- Ability to handle heavy phone call & email volume, both outbound and inbound.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required by schedule of events.
- Experience working with multi-year and contractual agreements.
- Experience or working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferred.
- Candidate should be competitive, professional, and self-starting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual a plus.
