Position Summary
The Data & Analytics team enables our organization to leverage data in every facet of the business, from operational needs to strategic planning. Individuals on this team leverage technical proficiencies and understanding of the business and the industry to implement systems, tools, automations, and data flow processes that allow our stakeholders to achieve their goals. The CRM Analyst will lead day-to-day projects in our CRM platform (Salesforce) to execute business objectives and drive revenue.

Essential Functions
- Help manage the organization’s CRM system as well as integrations from various data sources
- Own relationships with Ticketing, Marketing, Partnerships, and other key stakeholders, integrating into those groups to gain a deep understanding of processes and pain points, and develop solutions to empower their day-to-day operations
- Build business KPI dashboards and visualizations, leveraging industry-standard tools (e.g. Tableau) to create reports that are digestible, defensible, and actionable
- Analyze campaigns and provide recaps and recommendations incorporating all process metrics including call volume, appointments, tasks, and opportunity stages
- Create sales cadences to keep the sales team organized and on-task
- Other tasks and duties assigned by Supervisor/Management

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required in Economics, Business, Operations, or related Business Analytics field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of sports, data analytics, corporate strategy, and/or management consulting experience, with a preference for roles in those industries that were highly technical and data-focused
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce, utilizing Sales and Service Clouds required
- Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics or similar ticketing system and industry-standard BI tools (e.g. Tableau) preferred
- Ability to write and interpret complex SQL/SOQL queries in support of data extraction processes
- Power user of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be detail-oriented, articulate in storytelling and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Must be able to collaborate efficiently with both internal and external peers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays as needed
