As a member of the Premium Sales team, you'll gain exposure to senior LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX leadership, sell exclusive luxury products, and work with sophisticated clientele. LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX is focused on growing the global brand within North America, and this team will contribute to this success by building strong customer relationships and driving sales.
LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX is seeking a commercially oriented, results driven individual to cultivate leads, manage a sales process and execute a strategy to close general and grandstand seating deals with both domestic and international customers. This position will report to the Director, Premium Sales.
Essential Functions
In addition to the performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company. Essential Functions
- Sell a full menu of ticket products for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX including, but not limited to general and grandstand tickets, suites, hospitality seats, and Grand Prix Plaza events.
- Produce revenue via traditional and non-traditional methods including but not limited to cold calls, in person meetings, site visits, and networking.
- Complete at least 100 outbound phone calls per day with the goal of generating revenue and establishing face-to-face appointments at Grand Prix Plaza.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals as determined by the Director, Premium Sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and thorough responses for all inbound and outbound communication.
- Support race week by attending all events to ensure great customer service to all clients and fans.
- Assist the Ticket Sales & Service department in various duties as needed.

- Attend sponsored charity events within the local community.
- Invite and entertain potential and existing customers to sales/services related events.
- Other tasks and duties assigned by Supervisor/Management.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related premium sales experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and execute in a timely manner.
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment with challenging demands and frequent changes.
- Ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must possess a professional demeanor and can interact with all levels of the organization and outside contacts.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively – both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Archtics and CRM Software proficiency preferred
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as the event calendar requires.
