About the Role:
Join Formula Global Mobility as an Inventory Specialist and play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations. We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with expertise in NetSuite to ensure precision in inventory management, support seamless logistics, and uphold our reputation for reliability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end inventory processes, including ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of products and supplies.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory records using NetSuite, analyzing stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Design and implement inventory control procedures to reduce loss, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct routine audits, reconcile discrepancies, and generate actionable reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply chain disruptions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to forecast demand and align inventory levels.
  • Train team members on NetSuite best practices and inventory management protocols.

What You Bring:

  • Required Skills:
    • Proficiency in NetSuite (2 years of hands-on experience).
    • Expertise in inventory management systems and supply chain operations.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
    • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
    • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce industries.
