Center Manager

Overview
The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Formula Wellness, ensuring a patient-focused environment while leading a high-performing team. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to manage clinic activities efficiently and align them with organizational goals.

Duties

• Foster a positive and cohesive culture that aligns with the values of Formula Wellness.
• Oversee the clinic’s daily operations to maintain smooth workflows and exceptional patient care.
• Monitor the clinic’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Ensure the clinic achieves monthly sales goals by motivating staff, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for growth.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Lead the onboarding and training of new staff to build a skilled and cohesive team.
• Create and enforce policies and procedures, communicating changes effectively to all staff.
• Supervise staff, provide constructive feedback, and conduct routine performance evaluations.
• Calculate and process commissions and bonus payouts accurately for payroll.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulations.
• Delegate and assign tasks to optimize staff efficiency and clinic performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
