Our Company, as our name implies, is dedicated to renting and servicing the profitable use of engineered concrete forming & shoring systems to the construction industry.
Job Summary
We are looking for an AutoCad Draftsperson/Formwork Designer who is a creative problem-solver and has a keen eye for detail. You should have an eye for design and be able to visualize complex formwork systems.
As an AutoCad Draftsperson/Formwork Designer, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings for our formwork systems. You will also be required to collaborate with other teams to ensure that the drawings are of the highest quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of an AutoCad Draftsperson/Formwork Designer include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with our sales staff to create concrete forming & shoring layout drawings for concrete construction.
- Doing material take-offs and interacting with our operations department and customers for equipment shipments.
- Develop and prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Draft mechanical designs and build plans for various projects.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions.
Requirements
The key skills and qualities of an AutoCad Draftsperson/Formwork Designer are:
- Must be proficient in AutoCad.
- Mechanical aptitude and excellent math skills.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Additional college course work or degree in Engineering discipline a plus.
- Construction work experience a plus.
