Key Account Manager - Home Improvement Company Specializing in Elegant Bathroom Furniture

A distinguished home improvement company renowned for crafting elegant, high-quality bathroom furniture is seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager. This hybrid role, based near Atlanta, Georgia, offers the opportunity to manage and develop relationships with major retail clients. The ideal candidate will be an early to mid-career professional eager to grow into a National Account Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts headquartered in Atlanta, fostering in-person interactions to drive business growth.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the current book of business, exploring new categories and engaging merchants to uncover potential avenues for growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with international teams, including factories, sales support, and designers based in , requiring flexibility to accommodate time zone differences.
• Analytical Insight: Analyze sales data to understand performance metrics, drive meaningful conversations with the team, and inform strategic decisions.
• Client Engagement: Present oneself professionally in client-facing interactions, building and maintaining relationships, and proactively engaging with clients to explore new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with retail merchants, particularly Home Depot, is a plus.
• Familiarity with new product development processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving KPIs.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours to collaborate with international teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a lean, entrepreneurial environment, taking on various tasks as needed.

• Hybrid schedule: In-office 3 days per week at the Kennesaw, GA office, with flexibility for remote work.
