Job Summary
The Administrator - Behavioral Health is a member of the executive management team within the hospital and is directly accountable to a Vice President. The position requires that the individual be administratively and managerially competent. The Administrator is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating all organizational activities including budgetary activities of Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services. Employs organizational strategies in a balanced approach that produces meaningful contributions to each element of the Formula for Success. Requires the promotion of and adherence to the organization's established Compliance Program and Standards of Conduct. Demonstrates knowledge and skills to appropriately communicate and interact with the patients, families, and visitors of all age groups while being sensitive to their cultural and religious beliefs.
Education & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in personnel administration, business, or behavioral sciences. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience
Sufficient previous experience in hospital administration.
