You’ll also support key HR functions such as onboarding, employment verification, and administrative operations. What You’ll Do:
Be the First Point of Contact for HR:
- Greet and assist job applicants and visitors, helping them navigate the application process and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate HR team member.
- Keep the HR lobby organized and welcoming for guests.
Support the Hiring & Onboarding Process:
- Assist with new hire and non-employee onboarding, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Process employment verifications and maintain compliance with I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
- Ensure employee records are up-to-date and properly stored in our system.
- Prepare and distribute employee badges.
Help Keep HR Running Smoothly:
- Manage supply orders and process invoices through our internal system (LAWSON).
- Organize, scan, and maintain HR documents and personnel files.
- Distribute mail and faxes to the right team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
