Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support, ensuring a productive work environment, and providing quality customer service. Position also includes inside sales for retail customers and assists with marketing team.
Answer customer calls, identify and assess their needs, and provide whatever assistance necessary to create a positive customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications; respond to inquiries and help as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and databases
- Customer Service: Answer customer calls, identify and assess their needs, and assist them; Creating a positive customer experience.
- Team Support: Support various teams with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
- Experience in a customer service-oriented role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, Office management software (CRM software a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
