We are seeking a Client Relations Manager who will be acting in the capacity of a Conference and events expert, to oversee all aspects of office and event operations, ensuring a 5-star service environment in a prestigious professional services firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Create a WOW Factor: Ensure an elevated workplace experience, making employees feel like they are in a luxury hospitality setting every day.
- Manage Office Space & Pantry Areas: Oversee meeting rooms, pantry services, and workspace cleanliness, ensuring everything is well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Lead a High-Performance Team: Manage and mentor a team of 3 to 5 staff members, setting high service standards and fostering a hospitality-driven culture.
- Client & Staff Engagement: Act as the face of office services, engaging with employees and leadership to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
- Event & Conference Management: Plan and execute corporate meetings, conferences, and hospitality services with seamless efficiency.
- Process-Driven Operations: Develop streamlined, cost-efficient solutions to enhance service delivery while maintaining budget controls.
- Continuous Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to improve office ambiance, employee perks, and hospitality services that enhance workplace culture.
- Office Services Oversight (Preferred): If applicable, oversee additional office services such as mailroom, copy, and print operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, banqueting, or corporate conference management.
- Proven ability to manage teams, conduct hiring, and lead performance evaluations.
- Experience in a professional/corporate setting (financial, consulting, or legal preferred).
- Passion for creating a polished, welcoming, and service-oriented office environment.
- Hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
- Experience in office services (mailroom, print, copy) is a plus.
