Responsibilities
- Design and implement credit analysis policies for new matters to minimize risk
- Collaborate with Accounting, Client Engagement, Collections teams, and Attorneys to evaluate client credit exposure and approve new matters
- Research client creditworthiness and conduct ongoing reviews of receivables and work-in-progress (WIP) against budgets
- Partner with leadership and General Counsel to assess risk for active client matters and develop data models for improved risk analysis
- Provide recommendations to enhance credit processes and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of accounting/finance experience
- Prior experience with accounting/billing software (credit evaluation or analysis is a plus!)
- Proficiency in Excel including extensive spreadsheet development and bookkeeping software (Aderant is a plus!)
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
