What You'll

DoClient Relationship Managemen

  • t:Serve as the daily liaison between clients and Forrest Solution
  • s.Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through timely issue resolutio
  • n.Develop strategic plans to expand services and offerings for client growt
  • h.Conduct client satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvemen
  • t.Propose cost-saving and service enhancement initiatives to client

s.Operational Leadershi

  • p:Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring targets and metrics are achieve
  • d.Maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring deadlines and expectations are me
  • t.Evaluate and implement best practices in staffing, services, and technolog
  • y.Create and monitor short- and long-term goals to meet client objective
  • s.Ensure site readiness, including signage, organization, and cleanlines
  • s.Analyze and produce weekly management report
  • s.Participate in leadership meetings to drive performance and improvement

  • p:Attract, retain, and motivate high-performing team
  • s.Monitor staff attendance, dress code, and adherence to policie
  • s.Address HR, performance, and disciplinary matters as neede
  • d.Manage hiring, terminations, and annual performance review
