✅ Visitor Management (15%) – Handle inquiries, input visitor information, and direct guests.
✅ Event Coordination (10%) – Work with the lobby team to facilitate smooth building entry.
✅ Phone & Urgent Requests (5%) – Answer/direct calls and assist with immediate needs.
✅ Guest Preparation (5%) – Send welcome packages with office details.
✅ Guided Assistance (5%) – Escort guests, provide tours, and help with accommodations.
✅ Logistics Support (10%) – Manage coat check, luggage, taxi arrangements, and visitor badges.
✅ Policy & Safety Compliance (8.5%) – Adhere to client and company policies.
✅ Training (1.5%) – Participate in ongoing training sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
