Overview:
Forrest Solutions is looking for a Hospitality Rockstar to join one of our national financial firms! The Meeting Coordinator will work with client’s Executive Concierges, Space Management Team, and employees to ensure that catering is delivered, and meeting needs are met for high level partner and client meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down of conference room and meeting rooms
- Manage several large meeting and conference rooms
- Coordinate catering arrangements for meetings and conferences
- Ensure all meetings have what they need prior to and during conferences and meetings
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years prior experience in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
