We're looking for a Mobile Associate who will provide top-notch support at our Knoxville and Nashville locations. Pay Rate: $22.25/hour
Shift: Varying 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (No weekends)
What You'll Do:
As a Mobile Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our day-to-day operations:
- Support Across Multiple Areas: You’ll assist with mail, print, reception, conference services, and facilities management, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Customer Service Excellence: With a positive, can-do attitude, you'll provide exceptional service in every interaction, ensuring that clients and colleagues feel valued.
- Office Support: You'll manage office logistics, such as loading dishwashers, setting up conference rooms, processing print jobs (including binding, laminating, etc.), and routing and sorting mail.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors for internal office issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to services.
- Order Supplies: You will also be in charge of ordering office supplies, restocking pantries, and ensuring print paper is stocked in printers.
- Administrative Support: Support attorneys and executives with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs—whether you're setting up conference spaces or managing catering.
- Experience: A background in customer service with a passion for creating exceptional experiences is essential.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with a diverse, positive team, and maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to new tasks and environments.
- Problem Solver: Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of various responsibilities.
- Education: High school diploma required (college degree preferred) and at least 1 year of office experience.
