What You’ll Do:
Front Desk & Client Services
- Be the face of the firm—greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage reception duties, including answering and directing calls, issuing visitor and employee access badges, and handling security procedures.
- Coordinate with building management for office suite maintenance and communicate security updates when necessary.
Print & Mail Services
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services with precision.
- Manage document processing, including printing, scanning, copying, and light editing.
- Organize and produce binders, transcripts, and legal documents as requested.
Office & Meeting Services
- Oversee the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of conference rooms to ensure a polished and professional environment.
- Support daily meeting operations, including furniture and supply arrangements, audiovisual needs, and event setups.
- Maintain office pantries and kitchen spaces—restocking, organizing, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for employees and guests.
- Monitor and order office supplies to keep the workspace fully stocked and efficient.
