We are seeking a dedicated Office Services Associate to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day office support functions. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the workplace is not only operationally efficient but also a positive and professional environment for both employees and guests.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office space.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, pantry items, and equipment—restocking as needed.
- Coordinate with janitorial and maintenance staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Implement and maintain effective filing and storage systems (physical and digital).
- Provide outstanding internal customer service by responding to inquiries and office-related requests.
- Act as the go-to contact for any office-related issues, offering thoughtful and timely resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure reliable service delivery and performance.
- Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and conferences, including room setup, catering, and AV needs.
- Prepare spaces and materials in advance to ensure smooth event execution.
🔐 Compliance & Safety:
- Support the Office Manager in ensuring compliance with EHS standards and local safety regulations.
- Conduct and support regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Assist with facilities and security-related audits (ISO, SOC, etc.).
