Print/Mail - Lead Office Service Associate

We are seeking a Lead Office Service Associate to oversee daily operations in print production, mail services, shipping/receiving, and supply management. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting corporate legal environments, particularly in legal print and mail operations, and must possess strong leadership and quality control (QC) skills. This role is critical in ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, presentation, and timeliness.

• Position: Lead Office Service Associate
• Location: Nashville, TN 37203
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Compensation: $21 – $23 per hour

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Lead print and reprographics tasks including B/W and color production, scanning, binding, and rigorous quality control checks.
• Manage mail services: incoming/outgoing mail, shipping (USPS, FedEx, UPS), and messenger coordination.
• Oversee supply inventory, order office materials, and manage restocking across locations.
• Handle document finishing: binding, tabbing, and professional document presentation.
• Maintain accurate reports for print, mail, and shipping activity; support invoice processing and budget tracking.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in office services, with a focus on corporate legal print/mail operations
• Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot production print equipment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and experience performing quality control in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs
