What You’ll Do:
✅ Client-Facing Role – Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs, work environments, and culture.
✅ Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to enhance recruitment success.
✅ Source and recruit for a wide range of roles, from Associate-level to Senior Management, with a focus on Workplace Experience and Office Services. In- Person interviews will also be expected.
✅ Conduct daily calls with field management to assess hot job openings.
✅ Craft compelling candidate write-ups and profiles to present top talent.
✅ Manage and prioritize multiple Requisition-to-Hire (RTH) processes.
✅ Track and meet key performance metrics (KPI: hires per month, time-to-fill days).
✅ Utilize recruitment tools and technologies like Salesforce, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
✅ Support and mentor junior recruiters to enhance technical skills and efficiency.
What You Bring:
✔ 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to Direct Hire or RPO.
✔ A strong track record in successfully filling professional roles across various industries.
✔ Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
✔ Excellent written and oral communication skills is a MUST
✔ Strong client-facing skills with the ability to conduct on-site meetings and assessments.
✔ Experience working with KPIs and performance-driven hiring goals.
✔ Adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
