Lead & Elevate Workplace Services Across Multiple Sites!
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for client service and operational excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment? We’re seeking a Client Relations Director to oversee workplace services across four sites in the Charlotte region.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a hybrid work schedule—starting with daily onsite presence at a client office for the first few months before transitioning to a more flexible schedule.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations across mailroom, print production, reception, hospitality, and call center services at multiple client sites.
- Manage service contracts, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring full compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Develop and implement best practices for operational excellence, leveraging technology and process improvements.
- Lead a team of professionals, ensuring training, development, and high standards of professionalism.
- Conduct regular client reporting, site audits, and business reviews to assess service performance and identify enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of leadership experience in legal, corporate, or professional services operations.
- Strong expertise in mailroom, print production, hospitality, reception, and/or call center services.
- Exceptional client relationship skills with a track record of managing service delivery across multiple sites.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams of 20 employees.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with performance tracking tools.
- Ability to work onsite daily for the first few months, then transition to a hybrid schedule as operations stabilize.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other client sites within the region.
