If you have experience within the insurance industry, and strong knowledge of insurance and financial products, we would like to speak with you. As a Customer Service Representative some of the things you are responsible for: answering in-bound calls regarding policy provisions, premium rates and claim payment; assisting prospective customers in selecting new products, as well as helping current customers upgrade their existing policies. FLEX TIME! Work schedules for this position will vary.
