Position Summary
Responsible for scanning checks and all physical mail coming into the business and as requested by the various departments. Keeps digital log of scanned checks and delivery of mail, packages, and reports. Responsible for metering outgoing mail and packages.

Position Summary

Expectations
- Process high volume incoming departmental documents and checks
- Maintain logs for all incoming checks
- Perform daily mail delivery services throughout all internal departments
- Prepare and archive scanned documents for storage
- Track and complete all incoming requests via Outlook and other internal systems
- Produce and prepare monthly postage reports for accounting
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
- Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of prior mailroom experience
- Some insurance knowledge preferred
