Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Director to join our team! As a Clinical Program Director, you will oversee all of the clinical operations for our Behavioral Health Residential Facility. This will include facilitating and conducting screenings for new residents, intake and discharge processes, supervising resident clinical care, counseling, assessments, conducting monthly staffings with family, case managers and clinical teams, and overseeing that policy and procedures regulations are being met. May include additional duties.

- This position is currently part-time but may be expanded to full-time in the very near future.
- There are variations in range of pay and duties for this position depending if you are a licensed Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) or unlicensed. Being unlicensed does not disqualify you from the position.
- Several of the job duties are from home, however you must be available to come in at least twice per week to our home in Maricopa.
- You must have a Master's in Social Work and have experience with state policies and procedures, Mercy Care and clinical director experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Clinical Program Director
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Proficiency in EMR systems, adaptable to new technology including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
- The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize based on current and changing needs
- The ability to work under pressure
