• Enter and update data in our databases with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify and cross-check data for completeness and correctness.
• Maintain organized and accessible records and filing systems.
• Assist in generating reports and summarizing data as needed.
• Respond to inquiries related to data and provide assistance regarding issues.
• Implement and adhere to data management procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to support data-driven projects and initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role.
• Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work is essential.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
