Position: Construction Inspector
Location: Rock Springs, WY
Overview

Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect, observe, and ensure construction projects—including underground utilities, buildings, mechanical equipment, and electrical components—are completed in accordance with contract plans and specifications.
- Interpret regulations and codes to builders and property owners.
- Prepare and maintain records of plans, inspections, letters, and reports used in connection with building inspections.
- Identify contract changes and assist in preparation of change orders.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications:
Before you apply, make sure you have:
At least 5 years of construction inspection experience, with expertise in roadway, pipe installation, building construction, or similar types of construction.
- Good knowledge of the practices used, and the equipment required on construction projects, particularly in the areas of underground utilities, building systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical components.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A clean driving record.
