Forshaw, the largest hearth, patio, and barbeque distributor in Missouri was founded in 1871. We provide a premier level of product and service for fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, outdoor living, and more. The branch manager position is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a strong company that specializes in products that are in high demand.
The branch manager will be responsible for achieving/growing sales, budgeting and managing operational expenses (P&L responsibility), and all operational activity. The candidate will assume control of an existing profitable branch.

Job Requirements:
-Ability to achieve profitable revenue growth
-Create and implement effective growth strategies
-Manage and direct effective sales and service programs
-Plan for development and retention of business
-Plan annual budget, monthly projections, and re-projections
-Ensure the sales process, installation process, and service process exceeds customer expectations with personal visits as required
The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following:
-Building product sales experience
-Building product installation experience
-Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
-The ability to set and exceed sales and profit goals
-The ability to operate effectively and independently
