Breaker Line Operator
The Breaker Line Operator is responsible for inspecting eggs, removing dirty and leaker eggs from process, and monitoring the washers. The Breaker Line Operator is also responsible for supplying the breaker with product that meets customer specifications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect eggs moving along the rollers
- Pick out eggs that are dirty or are leaking and place them in the inedible bucket
- Communicate with shift supervisor and quality control any issues
- Troubleshoot and correct machine errors in a timely manner
- Remove inedible buckets and dump them into the cable-vay system
- Maintain a clean work area
- Clean and sanitize at startup, midday, and end of day
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Follow GMPs
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for 10 hours
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, push, & pull
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and 60 lbs on occasion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
