Loader Operator

The Loader Operator's main responsiblility is to keep the plant supplied with eggs while ensuring the loader robot is operating effectively and efficiently to distribute eggs throughout the plant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, upon arrival in the morning, perform robot machine start up
• Call eggs to robots according to the daily plan
• Monitor equipment function and fix issues in a timely manner; escalate more complex issues if needed
• Monitor materials; ensure dirty material is directed to the wash robots
• Work closely with grader technician(s) on how many pallets they need before switching product type
• Communicate closely with liquid department team members regarding product type changes
• Keep work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE
• Other duties as assigned

• Technologically and mechanically inclined to be able to troubleshoot robots & loaders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
