Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle for the company’s SaaS platform, from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on building relationships with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and corporates.
- Conduct high-quality client presentations and demonstrations, targeting business heads and C-level decision makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, legal, operations) to ensure smooth deal progression and client onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to expand your network and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Essential Requirements:
- 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally within fintech or financial services, focused on capital markets clients.
- Proven success in selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with long sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of capital markets products and workflows, including interest rate derivatives, FX, and commodities.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (business managers and C-suite executives) across financial institutions.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quotas and developing relationships from early engagement to closed deals.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and a deep understanding of buyer psychology and decision-making processes.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of articulating value propositions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable Experience:
- Existing relationships with capital markets technology buyers (banks, insurance companies, asset managers, corporates).
- Background in navigating complex enterprise sales within fintech or financial software.
- Exposure to capital markets regulatory environments and risk management practices.
