Responsibilities :
Lead configuration changes, updates, and performance improvements for HR and finance applications, including ADP, Workday, and other related platforms.
Provide technical support for various HR and finance systems, resolving functionality, performance, and integration issues.
Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patch management to ensure system stability, security, and compliance.
Manage vendor relationships, optimize service levels, and ensure timely issue resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Ensure data accuracy across systems, manage data migrations, and implement process enhancements through automation and AI-driven technologies.
Key Requirements :
Extensive experience leading workstreams for the implementation, development, and support of HR, financial, and legal applications (e.g., ADP, Workday, Oracle).
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of applications, from deployment and maintenance to end-user support.
Expertise with multiple HR, financial, and ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Workday, Oracle, Concur, Qualtrics) and reporting tools.
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into IT solutions, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within various HR and financial applications, ensuring optimal system performance.
