Join our Business Change & Transformation team and contribute to a transformative initiative within our Finance function. As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll play a vital supporting role in delivering projects that bring lasting benefits to our business and clients.
Our Finance Transformation strategy focuses on standardizing and automating processes into centers of excellence, empowering teams with cutting-edge tools like ERP-S/4 Hana and other advanced technologies. This initiative emphasizes streamlining operations, leveraging real-time insights, and integrating innovative solutions to enhance performance.
By collaborating with experienced professionals, you’ll help redefine Finance operations—fostering efficiency, agility, and strategic, data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Support in monitoring project scope, dependencies, and budget tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
- Prepare materials for project meetings, capturing minutes, and tracking action points.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure project deliverables are on track.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the project delivery team.
- Assist in reporting project progress and escalating risks or issues as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing project management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities, with confidence in working with stakeholders at different levels.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
