JOB Responsibilities:
Machine Learning and AI Development:
- Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) models to address business challenges.
- Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and conversational AI.
Data Analysis and Modeling:
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and patterns.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using Python and state-of-the-art ML techniques.
LLM Optimization:
- Fine-tune pre-trained large language models for domain-specific applications.
- Ensure efficient utilization of LLMs by optimizing performance, reducing latency, and minimizing resource usage.
Algorithm Design and Innovation:
- Research and innovate new AI/ML algorithms tailored to specific business needs.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and LLMs.
Code Development and Deployment:
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python for ML and AI workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML model development, including deployment in production environments.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, providing guidance on best practices in AI and ML.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
JOB Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams or projects involving AI/ML development.
- Proven track record of deploying ML/AI models into production at scale.
- Proficiency in Python and its libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
- Experience with frameworks and tools for LLM development, such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
