We are working with a leading global manufacturing company specializing in innovative workspace, furniture and interior architectural design, seeking to hire a Solution Architect specializing in manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader in the commercial furniture and workplace design sector, dedicated to creating inspiring and adaptable environments for businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions integrating systems like 3Tec, Ignition, AGVs, PLCs, and MES to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data flows, and integration points for seamless operations.
• Ensure Industry 4.0 alignment by incorporating interoperability, data analytics, and automation into manufacturing solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in manufacturing systems to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive digital transformation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and prior experience architecting solutions for Manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in Industry 4.0 Knowledge (familiarity with IoT, big data analytics)
• Experience with 3Tec, Ignition, AGVs, PLCs, MES, and integrating IT/OT systems in manufacturing.
• Strong Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
• Strong understanding of production planning, shop floor control, quality management, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to travel 10% to other sites (costs covered)
