We are working with a leading global food manufacturing company seeking to hire a Senior IT Manager of Payroll applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader in quality food manufacturing and lead a team where you will be responsible for their growth and development help drive business transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals, drive strategic projects, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions across Payroll systems (Time & Attendance)
- Oversee multiple IT teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture, mentoring team leads, and supporting professional growth and career development.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT operations through performance management, data-driven decision-making, resource optimization, and effective budgeting.
- Lead the successful delivery of complex projects, manage risks proactively, and maintain alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure seamless collaboration to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong people leader to coach and motivate team; demonstrated ability to develop strong teams that are globally dispersed with a range of skillsets.
- Familiarity with tools such as UKG payroll and other UKG products.
- Strong experience managing vendors and contractors/consultants.
- Strong experience with IT management with a strong focus on deploying payroll domestically (global deployment experience is a huge plus)
- Experience with Time is a must & Attendance is a plus (Experience with Unions and legal related items with Attendance to optimize solutions)
Salary : $160,000 - $170,000
