We are working with a prominent global retailer specializing in recreational vehicles and outdoor accessories, seeking to hire a Senior IT Manager with a focus in Payroll System Applications and Compensation Incentive applications . By leveraging data-driven insights, the company aims to enhance services and deliver memorable, meaningful experiences.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute system roadmaps for payroll, time management, and sales performance management.
Lead RFPs and oversee multiple vendors to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Drive system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations with minimal disruption.
Partner with finance, IT, and compliance teams to enhance processes and ensure regulatory adherence.
Optimize data flows, implement automation, and streamline reporting for accuracy and efficiency.
Key Requirements :
Extensive IT management experience with multiple payroll applications (e.g., ADP, Workday Payroll, Ceridian) and sales performance tools (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, CallidusCloud).
Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and lead large-scale IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Experience managing multiple vendors, leading RFP processes, and ensuring optimal system performance and compliance.
Strong HCM, payroll, and timekeeping knowledge, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
