Job Summary :
We’re seeking a customer-focused, data-driven loyalty strategist to lead key elements of our U.S. loyalty program. This role will shape the member experience, define the strategy, build business cases, and drive go-to-market plans—all with the goal of increasing customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute loyalty strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Define program elements, customer experiences, and business cases aligned with company goals.
- Leverage data insights to optimise program performance and deepen customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, analytics, operations, finance, legal) to execute loyalty initiatives.
- Implement scalable processes and continuously refine the program to drive long-term success.
- Identify opportunities to integrate the loyalty program with broader company initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor programs to ensure best-in-class loyalty experiences.
