You will help improve the technology team’s ecosystem and refine current processes to help grow and support its junior engineers career path. Software Engineering Manager - Responsibilities
Collaborate with the development team to analyze requirements and design, build, and deliver high-quality features while supporting legacy systems.
Maintain and enhance high-traffic, high-availability websites, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Document systems, procedures, and processes while troubleshooting and resolving critical production issues.
Mentor and coach developers; fostering a nurturing environment and supporting career growth within the team.
Remaining informed on emerging software trends, provide strategic recommendations, and contribute to solution architecture in partnership with Software Architects.
Software Engineering Manager - Requirements
Strong background in designing and building enterprise-level solutions and leading software development teams.
Deep understanding of web services (RESTful & RPC), JSON payloads, stateless polyglot services, and version control systems (Git, SVN).
Expertise in continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI / CD), unit testing, and Agile / Lean methodologies like Kanban or Scrum.
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as operating in an AWS cloud environment, AWS certification is advantageous.
Hands-on development experience with technologies such as Node.js (hapi.js), React, Java, browser-side JavaScript, and HTML5.
