Pool Snack Bar Attendant

Position Summary:

Provides friendly and fast food and beverage service to members and their guests at the pool snack bar.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Arrives on time and works throughout shift. May be required to work additional hours as requested by management.
• Works windows as follows:
  • Takes orders, and sends orders to the expo line for the cooks to prepare.
  • Expedites orders, makes beverages, milkshakes and smoothies, and delivers orders.
  • Washes dishes as they are returned from the pool deck.
• Maintains proper cleanliness of work area and product stock levels.
• Assists as needed in other areas of the snack bar.
• Assists in emptying trash cans on the pool deck.
• Cleans area and restocks before leaving for the day.
• Makes and serves alcoholic beverages if 21 years of age or older.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to work professionally under busy conditions and must complete his/her task in an efficient, organized manner, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Must be proficient in Point of Sales Systems.

Education, Certification/License and Experience:

• A minimum of 16 years of age required.

Working Conditions/Environment:

• Position requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk. Lifting and carrying items up to 10 pounds is necessary and lifting up to 25 pounds is required occasionally.
