The Interventional Cardiac and Vascular Technology (ICVT) Clinical Rounding Instructor will be a member of a diverse team that supports student achievement and success from recruitment through graduation and beyond, advancing equitable economic mobility, personal empowerment, and transforming communities.
This role will keep accurate records pertaining to students and will adhere to all institutional policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Must be an approved ICVT Clinical Preceptor.
- Two years’ experience in cardiovascular health care.
- Maintain current licensure, certification, or other professional credentials required for position.
Preferred:
- Five years’ experience in cardiovascular health care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Dedicate up to 2 hours per day, with a maximum of 6 hours per week to complete and submit the following clinical documentation:
- Daily clinical notes
- Clinical Competencies
- Student Evaluations
- Verify Clinical Procedural/Studies Experience
- Verify Case Presentation Form
- Clinical Site Check Off and Orientation Forms
- Provide perceptive input/feedback to the ICVT Clinical Education Coordinator on how to enhance the learning environment of the clinical experience for students.
