- Responsible for assimilating into manuals all documentation of the appraisal district’s programming software.
- Coordinate all data processing of any type for Departments to meet, in a timely manner, the schedules, as set by the Chief Appraiser.
- Assist other department requests for data mining.
- Creates and delivers annual reports on appraisal operations as required by PTAD.
- Responsible for Tax Roll Submission and supplements
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date tax transparency data on the CAD website.
- Data entry and processing.
- Maintain residential codes and review for data integrity.
- Process reports for jurisdictions and open records.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the appraisal district’s database.
- Maintains a continuous audit of all data entry into the appraisal district’s database.
- Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and files used to process numerous programs
- Leverage multiple reporting systems and databases to conduct analyses and build / maintain reports
- Advise of any deficiencies in the data processing system as he / she ascertains.
- Stay up to date with the latest data science trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Use strong experience base to identify trends, proactively research anomalies and offer fully developed solutions to problems.
- Conduct all public contacts in a friendly, courteous, consistent, and professional manner at all times.
- Performs other tasks and assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
