Job Overview
The Consultant HR Total Rewards position will support the planning, development and implementation of programs associated with multiple projects to achieve strategic goals and operational objectives, while acting as an organizational development liaison and advisor.

Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide real-time monitoring via available tools and workforce management techniques to make adjustments in an effort to maximize resource efficiency
- Compile and analyze market data and internal job relationship pay differentials
- Benchmark and evaluate market price jobs, recommend pay grade/rank assignments and maintain compensation structures within HR systems and tools
- Serve as a consultant on all aspects of compensation, including providing strategic and operational support on market intelligence, benchmarking, market pricing, job evaluation, and organizational design
- Assist with developing and improving compensation workforce planning related policies, business processes, customer service, quality and data management
- Work with leaders to ensure job descriptions accurately reflect the responsibilities of the job and that they are FLSA compliant
- Consult with District leaders on job structuring to ensure that compensation assignments align with organizational design
- Complete compensation surveys in a timely manner and ensure accurate market data in compensation systems to determine salary grades align with market value, internal equity, general market conditions and career pathing.
- Collaborate with Systems & Analytics and IT to complete CI equity loads and verify contract rolls for annual comp review changes and annual board approved increases
- Complete annual salary letters for every District employee, research declined salary letters and work with leaders and departments to complete any necessary updates
- Serve as the administrator for JDXpert, complete template and dropdown updates, add fields to the template as needed, complete audits and work with leaders, departments and JDX support to complete necessary updates
- Engage with agencies such as TASB in order to perform the above job duties

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources
- Strong logistical, planning and coordination skills
- Ability to perform in depth research and communicate results effectively
- Strong customer service orientation and satisfaction in providing assistance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and growing work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Work is performed in an office and is subject to frequent interruptions
- Attendance at evening events, such as School Board meetings is required. Work is also performed outside of the office for orientations, meetings and training
- Work may involve completion of analytics with deadlines, involving stressful situations and long hours
