Customer Service
- Greet guests immediately, in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide excellent customer service to every person, every time.
- Work with multiple customers at one time and maintain individual customer satisfaction
- Handle telephone inquiries efficiently
- Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received
- High energy, competitive and sales driven personality.
Parts and Accessories Sales
- Work directly with customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories.
- Inform customers of any sales, specials or new merchandise.
- Ensure displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
- Communicate estimated costs and completion times to customers.
- Assist customers with customization of their motorcycles to fulfill their vision and dreams.
